What is USSVI?: USSVI has thousands of members made up from active duty, retired and former Submariners who all earned the privilege of wearing Dolphins by earning the designation of "Qualified in Submarines". The only requirement to become a member is to be Qualified in Submarines. The USSVI was formed in order to be able to carry on our proud tradition after our WWII shipmates have departed on their "Final Patrol." There are over 120 bases which are divided up into 10 districts according to their geographical location.

USSVI Creed:  "To perpetuate the memory of our shipmates who gave their lives in the pursuit of duties while serving their country. The Application form is an Adobe's Acrobat.  Acrobat lets you view the documents on any computer and automatically "resizes" it to fit your screen.  Adobe also lets you "blow up" (zoom in) sections to make it easier to read. Likewise, Adobe automatically makes the document fit on your printer.
