Constitution

 Definition: the fundamental laws and principles by which a group is governed, often including a description of the basic structure of the government.

Bylaws

 

Definition: Written rules established at the time a not-for-profit organization is forming. The rules govern the internal management of the organization and detail such items as the election of directors and the duties of officers.
