Ron's post about his set of books, made me wonder if anyone would have a complete set of the Hornblower series they would like to sell or swap. Not too particular as to the book format. Just so it is all the volumes. Also, I would like to pick up some Alexander Kent books (the Richard Bolitho series) at a reasonable price.
Thanks,
Bill

Here is what I have:

Patrick O'Brian:- Aubrey-Maturin novels (1-20) (Master andCommander)

Alexander Kent - Richard Bolitho (1-27) large formate books- paperbacks (between hard cover and paperbacks) latest ones are hard cover, soI may want to keep these also, but it is only 2-3 books

Dudley Pope - Lord RamageNovels (1-18) Unfortunately Pope died before finishing this series so you areleft dangling but still good

Julian Stockwin-  The Kydd Sea Adventures (8 volumes)(th ese are all hard copies and signed, so not really going to let these go,but you should check these out if you haven't already.  Lower deck -pressed sailor climbs to quarterdeck and then to command. but is always in trouble( some of these are the Elglish released versions- before printing in US)

C. S. Forester – H. Hornblower (1-11) again large formatbooks

All in very good shape kept in basement book case.  Sowhat do you want to do?

On cold lonely nights I usually grab one of these to read,or take one when traveling.

OK, I'll pull them out and check their condition.  also want to see what the hard copies are that I have in the Kent series (should only be last two books I think) and I'll let you know.
