(69.150.147.133) | First, let it said that I am opposed to women on submarines, for a variety of reasons. Still, the question concerning this specific case of a Female "Captain Bligh" is: "Is this a common experience with women CO's or the rare exception?" I experienced a similar type of Male CO on a sub out of Norfolk in 1959. He was the exception, and not the rule. |

(174.56.134.157) | I certainly believe Captain Graff is an exception. I too have known COs that were less than desireable, perhaps not as bad as Graff is said to be.
It seems that every few weeks or months there are headlines of sexual this or that in the Navy. If woman go onto subs, it just going to get worst. The big question I have is "Why" we need to put women on boats? To satisfy some social agenda of a SECNAV is rediculous. But, alas, its going to happen. Our Navy, gentlemen, is going down the tubes!
